Elena Marsh is a Broker Associate with Harlowe & Main Realty in Marrenton. She works with sellers who want a straight read on price and buyers who want to see the house before the photos sell it. Fourteen years in, most of her business is referrals from the first few.
The Process

Before the list
We walk the house together and I tell you what a buyer will flag, not what you want to hear. Sometimes that means fixing something first. Sometimes it means pricing for it.

On the market
Real photography, a walkthrough video, and a listing page with the arrival details written out. Open houses that are actually staffed and actually followed up on.
03
Under contract
Inspection, appraisal, and the fifty small deadlines that follow. You will hear from me on Tuesdays whether or not there is news.
